Daniel Ayala is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Cost Containment Professionals, LLC and a member of the company’s advisory board. He is an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in marketing, technology industry leadership, computer hardware expertise, and executive management. Ayala’s deep understanding of the Self-Funded TPA, Work Comp, and Auto Liability market has allowed him to successfully help his clients save millions on claims management.
At MCCP, Ayala has worked tirelessly to bring his vision of a “true benefit value” to every provider and payer who partners with the network. His philosophy of managing out-of-network claims has enabled MCCP to be extremely flexible in tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of every client.
Before founding MCCP, Ayala served as Vice President of Broker Relations for a national PPO network and as an Account Manager for national payers. His focus on client retention, innovation, and operational execution led to significant company growth. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Ayala operated a successful Dental Billing organization that helped providers collect more revenue for their services.
With his extensive knowledge of stop-loss conflict resolution, utilization management, TPA-self-funding guidelines, health plan limitations, and workers’ compensation laws and regulations, Ayala is a recognized thought leader in the industry. He remains devoted to advancing MCCP’s mission of lowering the cost of healthcare throughout America and helping clients succeed by delivering top-notch cost containment solutions.
